→ Air infiltration and duct leakage testing also known as the blower door and duct blaster tests with HERS Rater sign off.
→ Plan review and IECC code compliance certification for local building codes.
→ Reports will meet IECC code certification requirements.
→ Reports can be tailored to fit your local code official's requirements.
→ P.E. and/or Certified Energy Manager stamp, if required by local code.
→ Price varies on the size and volume of homes to be certified.
